Free shipping for all orders of $50.00 USD or more in the contiguous US and Canada Currently, we only ship orders to the two countries. No sales tax charged. And the default delivery fee is 0. Expedited (1-3 days) delivery fee is $13.99

Products shipped via free shipping service are normally delivered within 3-6 business days after processing payment. Due to the COVID-19, the regular shipping time may be delayed.
 
Shipping Orders
Orders will be shipped within 3-6 business days after processing payment. The estimated delivery date may be delayed due to some unexpected events. Order(s) of various products may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through onsonlife.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.

Delivery Address
A correct and complete delivery address is essential.P.O. Box address is not supported by most couriers, so please fill the normal addrees. Currently, we only ship orders to the USA and Canada (The states of Hawaii and Alaska are excluded due to the inability of our shipping couriers).

Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders.
